I really enjoyed that tonight, it is probably the hardest I have ever worked on a speed session, and it was the first time for a while with tapering and recovering from London and Edinburgh. I felt like I might be sick at the end but it was worth it as that must be the fastest splits I have ever done. Just disappointed I did not dip under the 6.00m/m for that last one minute effort – next time!
