Good one for Mrs Crazyboy

I took Mrs Crazyboy out again today and did the 5km distance again.  She did really well and took 3 mins off the time she did the 5km in with me two years ago and 7 mins off her time from last week so hopefully she will be even faster in the race on Sunday.  It is really nice to see someone else getting on well with your help.
