Body Pump
I can’t believe that I am blogging today and it is a week since I last exercised. You would have to read my work blog to see why, you can see from that that I have definately had a lot on my plate this last week. I have missed not doing anything though, I think that makes me more stressed but it was hard to find the time this week.
I am planning on doing a long run tomorrow as I am off to Orkney for the weekend with the teachers I went to Malawi with last year, not sure how good an idea that is when I have only run once since London but I don’t have much choice with Edinburgh in three weeks.
Hot buns instructor squatted with 50kg tonight in Pump which I thought was pretty impressive, I was keeping it a bit easy to save my legs for tomorrow and that was why I did not do Body Attack as well as I totally overdid that last week.
